Product appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed, owing to the artisanal and handcrafted nature of our products. Ingredient compositions and allergen information are provided to the best of our knowledge. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order, unless a prior written arrangement for advance or partial payment has been expressly agreed upon in the case of bulk, custom, or institutional orders. Details of any such payment arrangement will be communicated to the Customer separately and in writing.
By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate and complete. In the event of a failed transaction due to technical issues or insufficient funds, the order will not be confirmed until successful payment is received.
No Refund Policy
Given the perishable and consumable nature of our products, Arisa House operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. Once a payment is successfully processed and an order is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Order Cancellation
A Customer may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or dispatched by Arisa House. Once an order has entered the preparation or dispatch stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To submit a cancellation request, the Customer must contact us immediately at support@arisahouse.com or call +91 76589 69737. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Arisa House.
Where a cancellation request is approved prior to order processing, any amount paid shall be reversed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment provider.
Domestic Delivery (Within India)
Arisa House delivers to addresses across India through empanelled courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Arisa House shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by the courier partner, natural calamities, public holidays, civil disturbances, government restrictions, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Arisa House shall not be liable for any products that are held, confiscated, delayed, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities of any country. No refund shall be issued in such circumstances.
Owing to transit durations and perishability, certain products may not be available for international shipping. Arisa House reserves the right to decline international orders for specific products at its discretion.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss in respect of all products ordered shall pass to the Customer upon handover of the shipment to the courier or logistics partner by Arisa House. From that point forward, Arisa House's liability in relation to the physical condition of the shipment shall cease.
